CAS Events

In October 2015, CAS archaeologists Todd Ahlman, Patricia Christmas and Amy Reid visited St. Paul's for a public outreach event where students learned how to excavate, screen, survey, collect GPS data, and interpret archaeological sites. CAS is seeking applicants for a NSF funded project

The Exploring Globalization through Archaeology project is funded from the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Sites program in the SBE Directorate. The REU Site is an international 8-week summer program on the Caribbean island of Sint Eustatius designed for students to acquire research skills in the fields of anthropological and forensic archaeology, and to prepare them for graduate study or employment following graduation.
